- Due to the natural nature of this product, each block has its own character, meaning no two prints are exactly the same. We always make every effort to select the perfect block for your photograph.

Thank you for delivering on time as promised - you went over and above to make sure of that - I received a call to say that 2 of the photos sent would fit better on rectangular blocks (which was what I had thought but chose I had a special deal which was four squares). I was very happy to pay $20 difference - but tied up at work didn’t transfer it - I was impressed to receive a phone call and then also a follow up call so the process could be completed speedily. Very impressed by the customer service. And grateful it arrived when it did. Thank you so much.

I am very impressed with the Customer Service that is offered by them. I had ordered 5 large blocks. All were in excellent condition except one. The edge of Pinewood was damaged. I emailed them with the photos of the Block in question and with 2 working days I got a response from them that they are replacing that block FOC.
Now that is what customer satisfaction is all about. I do not have any reservations in highly recommending them to anyone who wants to save precious memories in a unique and decorative way. They stand by their product. I would definitely order again.
