Loved the block ! The internet site made this really easy to order and the finished product was fantastic , it sits pride of place on the cabinet , receiving praise from all visitors with the bright colors really gleaming .

I ordered my block at Fountain Gate, Narren Warren. Unfortunately, they closed their stall before my pick up date. The customer relations officer wad very helpful. Got my details and my block was forwarded to my address at no added cost. I am very pleased with my memory block.

I got one as a gift for my friend who sadly had her horse put to sleep. The photo of them both turned out clear and absolutely beautiful. I was super happy with how it turned out, and so was she. I will definitely be buying from Memory Block again.

Easy to purchase I love it

This was my third orders where two of them were online orders. I ordered two blocks : one is perfect while the other one dinted on the corner (even though they wrapped with bubble wraps). I emailed them and they responded quickly, then sent a new one with perfect condition. I will definitely recommend memory blocks to anyone who likes to keep their memories on display.

Very fast delivery

I actually wasn’t happy with the initial print. I’ve preferred before and have loved the products but the print wasn’t clear and was offset. Contacted them and received a new print and it’s fantastic! Great service, will definitely order again!!

Perfectly captured

We absolutely love our pine rectangle wooden print from Memory Block Australia. It is the most beautiful keepsake and the best way to display our favourite family photos. We were so impressed with everything from ordering to delivery and it was the most special gift to open. The quality is amazing and they look absolutely stunning displayed both on our walls and sitting on our shelf. We will definitely be using them again!

Loved the blocks, but it would be good if you can drill into the back so they can be hung on the wall. Most of your advertising is hanging them up, so it was assumed there was this option on the back. Lorrae

The finished product was really lovely. The order process was easy & dispatch was very quick. I did opt for express delivery but the item was not received by me on time because it was around Easter but the problem was that you can't opt to have the item left at the property for delivery, as a signature is requested by the dispatcher. I would have otherwise received my item which was a gift, on time. I find this frustrating as in the end receipt by me was pushed out, so I paid express delivery for nothing & I had to pick up from the post office after Easter. Please review your process & allow the recipient to nominate if they are happy to have the item left if not at home, at their own risk. I would certainly order more Memory Blocks from you though :)

I loved the job you did. But just a warning, my photo blocks were hanging out of the package when I picked it up from the Post Office. As I live in North Queensland I don't know if the glue gave way but the seal was opened all the way across. Luckily it was so well wrapped in bubble wrap that my photos were not damaged in any way. I just thought you ought to know. Thank you

I brought the pine rectangle as Christmas Present for my cousin and cousin in law who recently had to put down 2 of their dogs in a very short period. I uploaded my photo and then received an emailing stating that the photo wasn't of good quality and asked for another photo. Every time I have bought any photo blocks from Memory they have been exceptional, so easy to order and don't take long to arrive.

I’d previously been given a bamboo one and now know I prefer it. The pine has a couple of chips out if it that detract from the look. Also, my photo is of a bird and part of the toe has been cropped from the reproduction, which is disappointing.
